Positive: The overall structure and decor felt very cozy. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and fully equipped. Breakfast offered a good variety, and the staff was proactive and attentive. We also had dinner at the restaurant, which had options for both kids and adults, and the pricing was reasonable.
