Newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home located in the heart of Happy Trails Resort, which is a premier gated 55+ community. The large resort offers a golf course, tennis courts, pickleball courts, clubs for every hobby and activity imaginable, 4 swimming pools, 7 spas, and so much more. All renters must be at least 40 years old to stay at this property and one of the renters must be over age 54.
In the home, there are 2 separate bedrooms with a queen size bed in both. There is one bathroom as well with a walk-in shower. Kitchen was newly remodeled to add a dishwasher and full size stove/oven. All the linens and towels are provided as well as all the kitchen essentials. You also have access to the golf cart located on the property during your stay!
