This light, bright, airy design is a welcome place for family and friends. The open concept home has been completely renovated, top to bottom, with quartz counter tops, stainless appliances, new flooring, decks, bedding, luxurious bathrooms and air conditioning.
It is located in the quaint village of Georges Mills, with easy access to Rt 89. The scenery is breathtaking!
You'll have passes to local town beaches on Lake Sunapee and Otter Pond. Georges Mills Beach on Lake Sunapee is .2 miles. This quiet beach is great for picnicking, fishing, summer reading and beaching with little ones. Or you can rent a boat at Sargent's Marina next door. Dewey Beach on Lake Sunapee has concessions, a great area for active kids to play and paddleboards, kayaks and other water equipment free to use.
4 miles east in New London are great restaurants, shopping and the New London Barn Playhouse.
4 miles west is Sunapee Harbor where there are evening band concerts, ice cream, a dinnerboat cruise and the Wild Goose Country Store.
Only 15 minutes to Mt Sunapee Adventure Park for zip lining, ropes courses and mountain bike riding.
Easy highway access to Dartmouth College for parent visits.
