This sunny cottage is one half block from Lake Michigan, and just opposite the historic buildings of Harbor Springs City Hall, Zoll Street Beach, Harbor Springs Rams football fields and Deer Park. TLC cottage is a four-block walk or an easy bicycle ride from the center of downtown, and minutes from the city docks and marinas.
