Positive: The bedrooms were good size and the house was fitted out well. The Christmas Tree was a really nice touch. Big yard and plenty of room for our family of 4.
Negative: There was a security camera pointed towards the rear entertainment area which was uneasy for us with 2 small children, so much so that we avoided using the area, which is unfortunate. We understand the need for security on the property, but this camera isn’t focused in the correct area for that purpose. It was raised as a concern with the owner during our stay. We also requested for my brother to stay with us over Christmas, but were advised by the host to pay $85/person/night on top of what we had already paid - seemed very excessive. Apparently these 2 concerns were addressed in the T&C’s but we failed to see either of them on Booking.com page.
