In the dining room, wall to wall picture windows bring the glorious Devon countryside to you while you eat. This space also provides an additional lounge area with 30” TV and DVD player.
A downstairs utility room houses washing machine and tumble dryer as well as providing a shower room with WC and basin, perfect after a day on the beach. Three bedrooms & family bathroom equipped with WC, basin and over-bath shower, comprise the first floor. Bedroom 1 is made up with a king sized bed and has the luxury of walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with double shower, double ended bath, WC and basin. In addition, large French doors lead out onto a stunning terraced balcony, provided with seating and loungers to admire the breath taking views.
