Positive: I loved the overall look and homey feeling of the apartment. Everything was clean, and the location in the downtown area was a plus!! Also providing beach items when we did not have our own was a great idea! The kitchen was pre stocked with essentials that were needed. Parking was was easy with parking passes provided. I would definitely stay there again and recommend when traveling to Wilmington.
Negative: There was only one tv in the living room and none in the bedrooms. The tv also went out on its on a few times. If you have multiple guests with you be sure to bring a computer or phone to watch. The beach umbrella was broken so when trying to put it in the sand it didn't function properly and didn't stay up. We end up having to get our own to take the second time.
