The theater room has a large screen and projector, 3 reclining loungers and 2 oversized bean bag seats. The house has a dining room with a table that can easily seat 8, with 4 bar stools at the bar. The grand kitchen with gas stainless steel appliances will make dinner hosting an adventure. The open living room opens up to a patio perfect for gathering. The backyard is loaded with fun in the pool that can be heated in the winter and a putting green.
