A green oasis on a quiet street, yet close to the highway and shopping malls. Tim Hortons Coffee shop down the street, plus many more restaurants and coffee shops on adjacent Ontario Street.
Within walking distance to vibrant Port Dalhousie, yacht club, sandy beach, old-fashioned carousel (still only 5 cents a ride), restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors and walking pier. From here, you can watch the sun set over Lake Ontario or marvel at the Toronto skyline, perfectly visible on a clear day. The famous Royal Henley Rowing Club is also located here, which featured the World Rowing Championships last year. Did you know that St. Catharines is the world capital for Rowing? Kayaks can be rented here for your enjoyment as well plus boat rides across the lake to Toronto, Ontario's capital. Another vibrant, multicultural hot spot for you to visit (about 60 to 90 minutes drive from here).
