The heart of this home is on the ground floor, where you’ll find a spacious kitchen, dining and living space, opening onto your private garden. A soft sage green sweeps across the kitchen cabinets, connecting your modern kitchen to your private garden oasis. A restful corner sofa looks out over floor-to-ceiling glass doors, the ideal place to curl up in a gentle breeze, or cosy in front of the fire in cooler months. In summer though, you’ll be sure to throw open the doors and spill onto your garden terrace, for a leisurely barbeque and cooling swim in your azure pool, complete with an outdoor shower. Dining options are abundant, with a casual outdoor sofa and coffee table, or a more formal tulip-dining table inside, completing the set-up.

- The driveway is 2.4m wide but a large car can be parked across the driveway on the street
