This 4 BR, 3 BA home is over 2600 sq ft of spacious elegance where you, your family & friends will delight in gathering. Step into this bright, open floor plan with white, crisp walls that set off the deep earthy wood floors, the massive stacked stone fireplace, exposed beams, great room with soaring ceilings and a gourmet kitchen with top of the line stainless steel appliances. Anyone who enjoys cooking will love the 6 burner pro series Viking range with double ovens & griddle and charcoal outdoor grill.
Three sets of French doors lead to the welcoming full length screened in porch overlooking the lake just waiting for endless hours of games, stories, dining & relaxation! The fully finished lower level completes the home with bedroom & bath, a second large seating area, brand new ping pong table and a door leading you to endless hours of outdoor fun. Whether it be a game of corn hole or lounging in the hammock. Bring your paddle boarding, kayak, fishing poles or just hang out on the large covered party deck above the boat house. September 16, 2024- Lake is one foot down (1864.0 elevation)
November 1, 2024 - Lake starts down gradually to (1862.5 elevation)
March 1, 2025 - Lake starts up gradually from 2.5 feet down (1862.5 elevation)
May 1, 2025 - Lake is back to Normal summer pool (1865.0 elevation)
Private Boat Instructions and Docking Information:
If you are bringing a private boat to utilize on Lake Burton, you will need to use the provided public boat ramps.Boaters will have winter public boat access to the lake at a ramp at Murray Cove, and another ramp is located at Moccasin Creek State Park. Georgia Power provides a boat ramp and parking just north of Lake Burton on the Tallulah River for paddlers.
Docking Information:
•Single boat house slip available.
•Guests will have access to the small blue canoe outside of the boat house but the boathouse is private.
•Life Jackets are not included, please use the boat at your own risk.

•25+ age requirement for lead guest. No exceptions.
