High-Desert Home is a brand-new, stylish, 3-bed, 2-bath home with generous amenities and great views of the red-rock landscape that demanded and inspired higher living in the past and now. While this home is well-suited for your personal venture, it is also part of the Sunflower Skies homes that are ideal for family reunions, retreats, etc.--any gathering where privacy and proximity are both high priorities. Let the beautiful scenery and culture of the high desert elevate your living and view.
This brand-new, beautiful home is part of the Sunflower Skies property--a private 8-acre bit of vacationing heaven that offers guests generous amenities such as a fenced, solar-panel-heated salt water pool, pickleball courts, a children's play area (complete with a swing set, sandbox, and play kitchen), a gas fire pit with chairs, and a pavilion with six picnic tables--not to mention dark, starry skies, amazing sunsets, and a peaceful, beautiful desert environment.
High-Desert Home can comfortably sleep 6 adults and one infant. It has 2 ground-level bedrooms and one loft bedroom with two camping cots available for children or extra guests and one pack & play for a little one. Both of the ground level bedrooms have a king-sized bed, their own closet, and TV. The loft has a queen-size bed. The master bedroom has a private bathroom, while the main bathroom serves the rest of the guests.
If you are traveling with little ones, we also have a high chair, plastic dishes, a step stool for washing hands, and a safety lock for the loft ladder.
The house is well-stocked and decorated. The kitchen is fully stocked with lots of appliances for your cooking and baking needs. A lot of love and consideration was extended to guests through the planning process. A washer and dryer are available in the home for guests' use. The huge and plentiful windows make it a light and airy space--not to mention the beautiful views outside. The living area has a 75" smart TV. There is a small, fully-fenced private yard with a barbecue grill and outdoor furniture for your use and relaxation. The red-rock and starry-sky views are better experienced than described!
Guests have private access to the house, parking area, and backyard. Access to the common recreation area (pool, playground, pickle ball, etc.) is shared.

This home is in a new neighborhood east of town where the skies are dark and the stars very visible.
