This mountain retreat was recently finished in 2021 - a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath mountain cabin features a sleeping loft overlooking the great room. There is also an enclosed porch that provides great views and shelter from a rainy day. This property is the perfect place for your family to retreat, you can gather on the decks, in the great room, around the kitchen counter, at the fire pit or down at the water, on Lincoln Pond.
The house features a fully functional kitchen stocked and with all the appliances you need for home cooked meals prepared "in-house." The dining area and kitchen counter with stools will be a favorite hang out. The two bedrooms each have their own decks and bedroom #1 has access to the full bath. The great room is a large gathering area, central in the house, featuring a beautigul gas fireplace for warmth and atmosphere, it provides access to the loft and the enclosed porch. The house has strong and reliable WIFI. The house has central heat so it stays comfortable and cozy on the chilliest mornings.

Located about 10 minutes off I-87, our property gives you the best of both worlds, pure serenity of sun splashed days and still nights with views of the milky-way like you have never seen combined with accessibility and connectivity make Lincoln Pond perfect for the weekend get-away, family vacations or long term rentals.

You can spend your day in or on the water, using canoe, kayaks or paddle boards from our waterfront, Lincoln Pond is the perfect place for swimming, sunning or fishing your day away. If you choose to bring your own boat, you may launch it at the nearby free public launch and tie it to our dock during your stay.
