Hill Creek Tiny House 4 by Tiny Away is located in the serene suburb of Perwillowen, just 7 minutes from the rural town Nambour - Sunshine Coast region. A scenic drive will take you to the breathtaking Buderim Forest Park and Kondalilla National Park. These natural wonders boast scenic walking trails, waterfalls, and more. For seaside adventures, a quick 30-minute drive from our charming tiny home will lead you to the sun-kissed shores of Coolum Beach and Mooloolaba Beach.
A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers).
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you’re booking for a group, we also offer three additional tiny houses (Hill Creek 1, Hill Creek 2, and Hill Creek 3) available with 24 hours’ notice, ensuring you even more cozy holiday homes to enjoy.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, except the land host's private residence. For a stay of three people, Hill Creek Tiny House 1 offers a lofted queen bed and a convertible single bed couch.

- If possible, please take any rubbish with you when you depart. Help us prepare for the next guests by leaving the tiny house clean, with all items washed, dried, and put away.
Bio-toilet: Please read the instructions carefully to avoid issues. The toilet operates on a cassette system, so limit water usage for flushing to prevent it from filling quickly. If the indicator shows full, notify us immediately before further use. With normal usage, it typically lasts 2–3 nights.

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property.
- Always ensure fires are completely out before bed, as winds may pick up overnight. While there’s currently no fire ban, exercise extreme caution in hot or windy conditions
