3 Bedroom Villa in Hamilton Island

Centrally located, spectacular 3 bedroom luxury villa that sleeps 6 adults, in a complex of 3 other similar 3bdrm units, all with contemporary design and modern furniture and amenities. These villas are located on the hilltop with spectacular westward ocean views only minutes from Hamilton Island Harbour and the main beach resort. This Villa is split level with 3 bedrooms on the ground floor.
The large living area is on the top level. Furnished with a 42" large Plasma TV and home theater, plus DVD, and a CD stereo (iPod compatible). Balcony doors fold away opening the full width of the living room creating a spacious balcony. You will enjoy the evening spectacular sunsets over the Whitsunday islands. The balcony has an outdoor setting and a BBQ.
Master Bedroom - is appointed with a split/king size bed. Thus giving you the choice of a king size bed, or two king singles. You will also enjoy a generous built-in-robe with mirrored doors, DVD & LCD TV and an ensuite. The master bedroom also opens up to a balcony with more relaxing island views.
The Second Bedroom - split/king bed, giving you the same options and opens out onto the master bedroom balcony and a built in robe with mirrored doors.
Third Bedroom - has 2 single beds and built in robe.
The Buggy - you will have the exclusive use of a complimentary electric 4 seater buggy.
(NOTE: With the Complimentary Buggy there is a $12/day fee for mandatory Buggy Insurance)
These villas are good for large groups using 2,3 or 4 villas to accommodate 20+ guests with 4 buggies and 4 kitchens. There is a small swimming pool and all the islands resort pools are available for your use. Contact me for group rates.

Summary: Cherie and I were very happy to be able to book and stay again at Skiathos - Hill Top Villas for the 4th time over the past few years. However, we were both very disappointed to find just how much the apartment had been let go and in urgent need of maintainence. Here are just a few points that we feel we need to raise to provide the owner/s with some constructive feedback. Outside area. - Outside front door light did not work. - The pool was unusable. Low level of water, filthy, slimy water etc. The property was advertised with a pool available to use during our stay. We did not receive any advice that the pool could not be used and no discount to the daily rate was received.( pic attached). Master Bedroom. - Bedroom balcony door could not be opened. Jammed / sticking. - A/C no remote. Need to climb onto and off the bed to operate the unit. - one side of the bed appears to be collapsed resulting in that side of the double bed being on a slope. - cracks in the tiling around the sinks. Bedroom 1. - A/C no remote. Also, A/C could not be turned on using the on/ off switch. Bedroom 3. - A/C had a remote but A/C only produced warm air, not cold air. Bathroom. - toilet seat was broken. - No sink plug. Kitchen. - Draw front hanging off. - Several door hinges loose causing doors to not close properly. - Oven knobs have no numbers or labels? - No sink plug. - Sink tap has a spurting leak. Lounge. - A/C remote was there but no batteries. - Balcony door sticking. Hard to operate. Rubber seal falling off. - No information regarding WiFi. General. - the 4 x rolls of Toilet paper for 4 x people for 5 x nights is not sufficient for this length of stay. On a positive note, the inclusion of the golf buggy is always welcomed and the valet service was very good and professional. I hope you receive this feedback in good faith and that Skiathos can be returned to its former glory. Regards, Shane and Cherie
