Summary: Good points: - Staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. - The bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. - Shower was hot with good pressure. Bad points: - Curtains did little to block out the 24/7 outdoor lighting directly outside the room window. It was like trying to sleep with a night light on in the room. - No climate control. The heater was turned off and the control panel locked under a cover so I was unable to turn it on. - One of the windows was jammed open so it was cold especially given the above point.
