Two additional bedrooms are downstairs, including a queen-sized high bed and a spacious master suite with a king-sized bed, a large Kohler tub, and a shower with a window overlooking the deck and mountains. This level also provides direct access to the lower deck, where you can enjoy the outdoor sauna and cedar tub.

Please be aware that the final stretch up the driveway to the home is steep, so navigate through the canyon with ease and caution. One is a high bed (queen size) and the big master suite is downstairs as well with a king size bed and full size bath with a large kohler tub as well as a big shower with a window overseeing the deck/mountains. this level also has direct access to lower deck with the outdoor sauna and cedar tub.

There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.
All 30+ day stays require mid stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This is a full clean of the house and change of linens. We pay our cleaners a fair, livable wage and we always strive to hire the best, most reliable and honest cleaners in the business. This team is the backbone of our company, and they work tirelessly to ensure every stay is a clean one!
PET FEES: For stays under 30 days, there is a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. For month+ stays, there is a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in additional charge up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.
