Summary: Wow! Great service at the Hotel. There was a problem with Hotels.com. The date of check in was changed and confirmed with the hotel but they had no record of the reservation at the hotel. Nancy and Daniel did their best to resolve the issue but Christina was called in to take care of it. (New software system) The hotel employees were very accommodating. We were given a free drink at the nearby bar. Adam the bartender was fantastic! We stayed and ordered a meal. Again. Fantastic! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I don't think I have had more friendly service anywhere!! Thank you Nancy and Daniel, for doing all you could to resolve the issue. And thank you Christina for getting it done! Great price for long term parking and free shuttle service to the airport. Shuttle service was on time, 4am, and professional. I give this hotel a 10+ and will not hesitate to stay here again!
