This home is 2 levels that requires walking up to the second floor to the upstairs section of the home. This home has plenty of room to spread out with 6 bedrooms, 2 large common areas to relax or watch TV, and plenty of dining space. Updated stylish furnishings. Also, enjoy a fun game of shuffleboard located in the lower unit and an arcade area in the upper unit. This is a duplex with 2 separate private entrances. Since it is a restored historic home with wood flooring, you may hear your group walking upstairs or downstairs from time to time. Enjoy the complimentary bottled water and snacks at check-in.

- No smoking (including vaping) permitted inside the home. Smoking is allowed outside. There will be a cleaning fee of $300 if there is evidence of smoking inside.
- Quiet hours are between 11pm-7am.
- Please strip the beds of all the linens and place them on the floor prior to checking out.
Pet Policy
- A $100 one-time non-refundable pet fee is required. 2 pet limit.
- Please pick up after your pets including front or median across the street.
- All pets are required to be leashed if walking in the neighborhood.
- Pet friendly grassy area in front of the home or on the median grassy island across the street.
- Guests need to report any damage to the property immediately.
- Please control the barking (especially during quiet hours).
