Walking distance (2-3 minutes) to Historic Downtown Folsom. Nice late 1950's cottage, very cozy and warm space! Walking distance to world class restaurants / shops / entertainment / weekend festivals, American River-Johnny Cash walking/biking trail 5 minutes away. 6 miles to Lake Folsom, ranked one of the best/most popular lakes in the entire State of California. Fishing in nearby Folsom Lake, Lake Natoma, and the American River for Bass, Trout, Catfish, & Salmon (California State Fishing license required). We are centrally located to ALL that Beautiful Folsom has to offer! Flooded with tons of natural light, our bright cottage can easily accommodate a small family up to 4 people. You’ll enjoy your own keyless entry, comfortable plush queen beds (one in bedroom, other is a sofa bed in living room), living-room fireplace with gas insert, 2 TV's (one 43" in bedroom & one 55" in living room), and all new LG appliances in kitchen. Stay with us!
Wonderful rear patio with cantilever umbrella (night lighted), barbeque grill (upon request), wood firepit with wood (upon request), tables, and lounge chaises (2X), lounge chairs (2X), to hang out on and listen to the nightly music from the nearby Folsom Inn. Covered front porch with bench. Come enjoy our modern cottage retreat!
