Specially after Renaissance plenty of Tower houses been built. And these houses makes this street very special. Old owners of the apartment which gave the name Angiolieri were one of the strongest families of the city during 12-13th centuries.
Tower-apartment is located in old-town and old city walls were passing next to San Jacopo Sopr'Arno church which is located next to our apartment at 1172. Moreover the history of our apartment goes back to mid 12th centuries.
This unique tower house( Angiolieri tower)from 12 century maintained very well and looked after very well. When you sit down on balcony you can see beautiful most of the Florence. View of Arno river, Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio, Porto Rosso Tower , absolutely beautiful relaxing scene.Another benefits of apartment is location. It is close to most main attractions.
