Travel Purpose: business
Positive: The unit was clean. The layout suited us. The location had access to everything while still being in a quiet street so there was nothing to disturb us. Off-site parking was available. The welcome supplies was very kind. The air-con heated the unit and electric bed blankets was so thoughtful. The online staff were helpful. Hot water was always available and the having a bath tub was great.
Negative: For our stay length with 2 small children an extra laundry sachet would have been nice. 1 wasn't enough. The power point near the window in the bedroom next to the laundry was "touchy" and didn't always work. The lock on the front door was also difficult to operate.
Summary: We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
