The apartment is located in a residential area near the coastal road and is therefore an ideal starting point for excursions into the area. If you don't want to be out you can enjoy the sun and the sea on the balcony or walk about 150 m to a small bay by the sea.
The nicely furnished apartment consists out of a large living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table and a sofa bed. The separate bedroom is furnished with a large double bed, wardrobe and a seating area. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and a small washing machine. The highlight are the large windows in the bedroom and living area as well as the large balcony with a direct sea view. If you like to stay right by the sea or go swimming, you can reach sunny plateaus with sun loungers and rocky access to the sea or a small bathing bay with a pebble beach via 2 small footpaths in around 150m. If you travel with car there is a privat parking area of the Apartment next to the building with free parking space.
The center of the small village of Dubrava can be reached in around 15 minutes via a small footpath along the coast or in 2 minutes by car. On the small street along the beach and in the main street of the village are a variety of restaurants, small souvenir shops, supermarkets and bakeries, a pharmacy, a launderette and an ATM. The harbor town of Bar is about 10 minutes away by car and has a beautiful promenade to have a nice walk along the beach. The small streets with stone houses and the large area with the old ruins of the fortress of Stari Bar can also be reached in 10 minutes by car. If you prefer to go swimming on the sandy beach, you can reach the 13 km long sandy beach of Ulcinj in about 20 minutes by car. A trip along the panoramic road to Virpazar and a boat trip on Lake Skadar is always a great excursion.
