Forest, meadows, vast land and a monument The comfort cottage, a former barn, is located separately on a 5000 sqm natural plot in a quiet forest location in the district Riesenbrück. The birthplace of the nationally important Vorpommern painter and draftsman Paul Holz is located on the old farm. The house was very elaborately refurbished in 2016 and furnished to a high standard. The equipment meets high standards. The building was designed for a comfortable stay of smaller groups or friendly families. On the ground floor there is a large common room with dining table, upholstered seating area, fireplace (including firewood incl Then 3 EUR / basket), flat screen TV and hifi, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, a combined living / sleeping area with sofa bed (This is only from the 8. Pers. available, as well as a guest toilet. Upstairs there are two separate apartments, each with a living area with sofa bed and TV, a sleeping loft with double bed (access via space-saving staircase) and a bathroom (1 x shower, 1 x bathtub). For toddlers, a high chair and a cot for self-assembly (simple system) can be provided. There is also free Wi-Fi and Netflix. Outside there are several furnished seating areas (partially covered), campfire and barbecue area, sun loungers, bicycle storage and parking. Simple bicycles can be rented by appointment. Wildlife viewing from local hoofed game species such as red, fallow, roe deer and wild boar is possible directly from the property. For this purpose, binoculars / spotting scope can be hired locally on request. The total price includes water and energy consumption and the final cleaning.Bed linen (also in child size) and towels can either be brought along or optionally booked (bed linen and 2 towels 10 EUR / pers.). Pets: In this object the travel is expressly allowed of a pet (5 EUR / night on site). The pet must be registered with the booking. If an entry note is not possible, a late registration must be made.
Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
