There are two mooring spaces in the sea right below the house, for up to 12m boats.Villa Hana Croatia, built as the family dream house by the owner’s parents Hana and Dragomir Vojnić, was completely renovated in 2022. It is brand new property! Though the house offers modern luxuries and state-of-the-art technologies and appliances, the warmth of the Mediterranean architecture has been preserved, and the renovations were done very carefully in order to protect lush local vegetation nourished by mama Hana for decades.The house has 6 parking spaces in the front of a self-standing garage. Half of garage space is dedicated to gym, fitness area (training bench with weights/barbell set, multi-functional exercise machine, Pilates ball) and 2 bikes for your recreation. You can go swimming right in front of the house, while the first beach, Poljana Beach with cafes is 500 meters away including the dog-beach. Beneath the house there is a path along the seaside with a bike track, which leads to the Losinj Marine (1 km) and to the center of Mali Losinj (further 2 km).
Dolphin Island - If you stay with us during winter or early spring, with a little luck you will be able to see dolphins playing in the sea in front of the house! Namely, Losinj has the "Plavi svijet" Institute focused on research and protection of endangered Adriatic species. Thus, the Adriatic Project Dolphin has been established in the early 21st century, with goal to study ecology, population, genetics, acoustics and habitats of the good dolphins in the Adriatic Sea. If you wish to, you can also adopt a dolphin, follow the Dolphin Path, or register for an organized boat ride for dolphin watching.
Healing Sanatorium for Skin and Lungs - Losinj has subtropical vegetation, with mild sea currents coming from the southern Mediterranean, which helps keep the sea water pristine and the winter temperatures at 120C on average, and summer temperatures at 28-300 C.
