This beautiful and comfortable villa with large garden is located in Massarosa, a small town between Lucca (15 km) and the sea at Viareggio (9 km). Nearby is the beautiful Lake Massacciuccoli, on whose opposite shore is the town of Torre del Lago, where the Italian composer Giacomo Puccini lived. The villa is a semi-detached house, where the owner also lives, each with its own entrance and garden. The guest house is 270 m² large and has two floors. The house is very well furnished and offers every comfort. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen (very well equipped with fridge with freezer, oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and grill) with dining area, a guest bathroom and a large living room with fireplace and satellite TV.
