Its 1,000 m² garden, with its many orange trees and exotic plants, is close to the Mont Boron natural forest, where you can stroll between the forest and the sea, with a magnificent panoramic view. The villa is just a short stroll from Old Nice and the Promenade des Anglais, 5 minutes from Villefranche, 20 minutes from the international airport and 20 minutes from Monaco.
