It is situated right at the bottom of a great mountain with a magnificent view of the Adriatic Sea and the Island of Korcula. Floor plan of the house is exceptional- kitchen and a living-room are located on the ground floor, while all the bedrooms are situated on the upper floors of the house. First floor opens to a patio with a swimming pool (heated if needed), and a yard with a completely furnished summer kitchen, including barbecue area and a big terrace. Nicely equipped gym room with a bathroom, playground, and a spacious parking lot are just some of the amenities this house has to offer.
