It is very quietly located, almost at the end of a cul-de-sac, in the middle of the grasslands, with only one house next to you.
The house is located in the middle of the ski areas of Zell am See/Kaprun/Saalbach-Hinterglem and Kitzbuhel, reachable in 13-20 minutes. In the winter you can enjoy fantastic skiing, hiking, cross-country skiing, etc. In the summer you can enjoy cycling or mountain biking, hiking, climbing, golf (Mittersill and Zell am See), archery and much more.
