Summary: Natalie and the gentleman were both friendly at check in. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable! The breakfast was very good but there is limited seating so make sure you go down early. Our only complaint is that our room was located beside the laundry chute that the cleaning staff use. It was very noisy. Also I had to pay a $100 refundable deposit on the room that I wasn't expecting in addition to my room rate at check in.
