At Hollywood Tree House you have the entire home to yourself.

The home is approximately 800 squares on a nice size property, complete with pool and glorious balcony views over Adelaide. The home is contemporary but cosy.

There are 4 big bedrooms all complete with King and Queen size beds.. There are 3 bathrooms, a home theatre and a games room complete with a bar.

The kitchen/Meals/Living area is open plan and central on the top level of the house.

There is an extensive outdoor 3 level decking/entertaining area at the rear of the home complete with a swimming pool. The front of the home has extensive balconies complete with a dining area, lounge area and informal sitting areas.

The view from this space is why our home is called Hollywood Tree House. It feels like you are perched up high in a tree house overlooking all of Adelaide's beautiful natural surroundings.

Located in the prestigious suburb of Burnside you are 2 minutes from Burnside Village (Fashion/brand shopping), 5 minutes from The Parade (trendy café/restaurant strip) and 10 minutes from the city centre. Perfect location for a glorious Adelaide visit.

There is a double garage for parking which leads internally in to the home and there is atleast another 2 car parking available on the property as well as parking on the street if needed.

The Neighbourhood

Burnside is considered one of the most prestigious suburbs in Adelaide. That being said our neighbours are not at all snobby, infact quite the opposite. They are welcoming and friendly, although you will rarely see them as all our properties are quite large and secluded from each other. We live in a little cul-de-sac which makes the location even more quiet and private. It really is the perfect little hideaway...yet still so close to the hustle and bustle of the city if you want that too. The best of both worlds.

House Rules

To us our home is perfect and we expect it to be treated with respect. We are non smokers so we don't allow smoking inside the home but there are many exterior areas you are free to smoke. You are free to enjoy our home like it is your own, we just ask that you take care not to break or damage anything we treasure. Parties are NOT allowed and we ask you have respect for our neighbourhood and neighbours in keeping loud noises to a minimum and at appropriate hours. As you see our home on your arrival is how we would like to see it when we return.
