Feel like you’re up north all alone yet only minutes away from everything.
10 acres of privacy to explore, enjoy and make your Home away from home. One of my favorite scenes for photos. The sound are so peaceful helps you unwind. Hidden driveway, Mailbox across from drive.

This home has 3 Bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. Living room with Fireplace, dinning area. Full kitchen and all you need to enjoy meals. No food supplies. Laundry room with washer and dryer, Screen porch with beautiful view in back, One/Half attached garage, small outdoor shed in back. Full unfinished basement, perfect to entertain and send the kids. Pool table, some games and furniture. Turn around or additional parking halfway down driveway towards road. Very Open yard, surrounded with some wetlands and wooded area with clear trails throughout. Long hidden driveway is breathtaking, instantly feel like you’re far away. Large fire pit area plenty of seating space. All the space you need to run and be free. Great way to get the kiddos back outside using imagination. Enjoy your fire, music without disturbing others. Listen to the coyotes feeding frenzy, crickets and frogs at night. Never know when you’ll see the deer. Plenty of spots tents to camp. Outside lights around home, Driveway Alarm ( Will beep instead when someone enters driveway) suggests leaving on for your own safety. Cameras on property.
Welcoming starter kit:
-Soap, small set of shampoo/ conditioner Body products. Need to Supply own aftet fee days.
-Basic cleaning supplies/ First aid kit will be available in hall closet.
-Toilet paper, paper towels only few! Need to buy own.
-Towels, Linen Extra blankets will be supplied
- Laundry detergent, just for few loads
-Some Firewood available ( inside fireplace wood near porch, open flue before lighting, place towards back of place and always close screen door.
-Bug spray one bottle. This is a must! Buy/ bring own!
-It is in the woods, wild life and insects will be around. Be cautious, Check daily for ticks.

- Few indoor games for adults and families
- Outdoor game’s limited, might want to bring own.
- Few beach towel’s camping chairs available, must bring back.

- Small Bluetooth speaker (Do not take )

-Central Air( No colder the 66 ) Kept at 70
-Furnace ( No higher then 74 ) Kept at 68
-Exhaust fan in hallway, must have multiple windows open to vent.
- Garbage disposal, switch above sink must leave water on when in use.
-Use laundry room sink for anything other than dishes.
-Blow dryer available in hall closet
-Well water, septic field No feminine or paper products other the toilet paper flushed.
- Outdoor lighting for home, no lights in yard.
- Cameras on property, none inside the home.
- All safety equipment and inspection completed
- Home sanitary between each use
Great central location to be!
Golf course on Kellogg Rd. Just Minutes away from multiple expressways, Local Beach’s and parks within 15 mins drive. Outlet Mall 10 mins, Close to downtown Howell and Brighton. List of local restaurants and stores will be listed. Check In:
-Early check in could be possible if approved in advance. Code and key pad will be available day of check in.

-Unload and Relax and capture your memories

Check out:
-Adjust thermostat to proper setting
-Make sure all windows are closed and locked
-Remove freezer and refrigerator items. May leave condiments.
-Take all garbage to garage( Do not take to road or leave outside) Separate Cans for recycling and return
-Strip all bedding and dirty linen from bathroom, place in laundry room.
-Pick up all games and outdoor items(Nothing left in grass)
-Turn lights off inside, outside left on
- Check that water is off
-Double check for personal items
-Make sure fires are out
- Lock doors
- Last breath and look to say goodbye
