Welcome to the House on the Burgess, where you will find a beautiful open concept home with all of
the latest updates. This 5 Bedroom 3.5-bathroom house has something to offer for everyone. The
upstairs hosts a large master bedroom with windows that offer views of the surrounding property and
the Burgess. The master Bathroom has stunning granite counter tops with a large marble shower. The
upstairs also holds another full bathroom and a large bedroom suite. The main floor has a gorgeous
great room featuring a large rock fireplace with a beautiful 100-year-old wood beam mantal and a big
screen TV, large solid wood beams give this room an amazing ambiance. The great room is very spacious
and would be comfortable for a large number of guests. Walking out the back door from the great room,
you will find a large, covered patio with a BBQ grill and picknick table. This porch allows you to sit out
and enjoy Idaho’s beautiful weather and is an awesome outdoor gathering spot. The open concept flows
from the great room into the kitchen/dining room where there are stunning white cabinets, beautiful
granite countertops, and a large butlers pantry. The Dinning room is large enough to accommodate a
group of people. Just off the Kitchen there is a hallway that leads to another full bathroom and 2 more
bedrooms on the main level. The Basement level includes the 5 th bedroom, a family room/game room,
and an awesome theatre room.
The House on the Burgess sits on 2 acres of beautifully manicured lawn with plenty of shade trees, and
some fruit trees (peaches and apple) of which our guests are more than welcome to eat from. The
property is fully fenced and offers tons of places for fun times to be had by all.
