Summary: Overall I would give this property and the owner a 4.5/5. The house itself was initially suspicious being that it was built very recently (won't appear on google maps) and the pictures were overwhelmingly charming, but it looked exactly as its shown. There aren't any exterior pictures for a reason as well, it's because the complex/neighborhood is incredibly dull and the property is way out of town which could be off-putting to some looking for a more "beachy" location. The owner was accommodating, reasonably informative, and quick to respond. My only complaints were that the house is somewhat in the middle of nowhere, some minor leaky plumbing, and that the grill was turned into a glorified ashtray, but overall I would highly recommend this property. It's very affordable, the owner is reliable, and most importantly you get what you see, so no surprises.
