This cozy and clean home welcomes you to spend quality time with family and friends! If you are from other countries or states, our VRBO listings are only a 15-minute drive from JFK or LaGuardia airports~
Whether it’s nearby, or take the 30-minute LIRR to the city, it’s 15 minutes away from Main Street, and three minutes’ walk from the Korean supermarket H mart.

The space
2 full bathrooms with excellent water pressure. Water can get very hot to your liking
3 bedrooms (master room full-size bed with full bathroom, room 2 full-size bed, room 3 bunk size bed)
1 kitchen- full range stove and full-size gas oven
1 living room (one sleeper futon couch)
Laundry and dryer in the basement sharing with basement and second floor. Only provided one day a week for each floor.
1 free driveway parking space per stay (only small cars, no SUVs No trucks) is actually very easy many street parking is available around the house. No pay clean St.
PLEASE NOTE* the home is a 2-story house. There will be not many stairs to climb. We are located on the first floor.

We have taken extra precautions and made updates to the guest experience to ensure a safe and positive stay.
Cleaning: Apt is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before your arrival. Linens are changed and washed at high temperatures, bleach and other chemicals will be used to kill any germs of high touch areas. Gloves are worn and changed frequently throughout the cleaning process. Windows are left open during cleaning. The apt will be sterile prior to your arrival.
This cozy apt is suitable for couples, friends, the young, and the old. max 4 guests. Pls, do not bring extra guests or visitors. I want to make sure not many people in the buildings. Make sure everyone is peaceful stay. if you bring unannounced guests will be charged $100 a person. Including kids.

Check-in time is 4 pm -11 pm, if you check in later than 11 pm, pls quietly check-in. no make too much noise. Because everyone in the building or neighbors sleeping. Checkout time is 11 AM, if you want to check in earlier or check out later it is subject to availability and also an additional fee.
Luggage Storage: $30. No smoke in the apt, you will be charged $200 cleaning fee.
