The Cygnet is a modern home, carefully designed with comfort and style in mind.
The spacious living, kitchen and dining area is a bright and welcoming space perfect for enjoying lazy afternoons on the sofa or cooking a Sunday roast in the fully equipped kitchen.
LIVING ROOM
The living area includes a plush two-seater sofa, perfectly positioned to enjoy your favourite TV shows and the ideal spot for getting comfy with a good book.
DINING AREA
The dining area includes a large rectangular table and comfortable, green, leather style chairs. Seating four people comfortably you could invite friends over and enjoy a delicious afternoon tea or home cooked meal.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped for your self catering stays. With all standard appliances and a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer you can enjoy a short break or a longer stay.
The ground floor is complete with a small cloakroom with WC.
BEDROOM
Head upstairs to the master suite. The room has a neutral colour palette, creating a calm and relaxing space. The double bed sits in the centre of the room against a large, bespoke headboard. The room is finished with matching side tables and drawers, perfect for your personal belongings.
BATHROOM
The ensuite shower room features a cubicle shower WC and basin.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe box, details of which will be provided prior to your stay.
Free on-site parking is available outside the property.
The property is adjacent to the outside patio of the local pub, therefore there may be external noise.
The Cygnet also has another two separate properties within its grounds - The Feather and The Nest which are all available to book together, subject to availability. Please call our team to discuss booking either of or both of the properties. This makes The Signet perfectly suited to family gatherings and travel groups looking for their own privacy whilst in residence.

The closest train station to Ripon can be found in Knaresborough which is a 25-minute drive from The Signet. From here, you can find direct routes to Harrogate, Leeds and York with services running every 30 minutes.
You will find a number of bus routes in Ripon with services travelling to Knaresborough, Leeds, Masham, Northallerton, Richmond, Thirsk and York. You’ll also be able to stop off at various North Yorkshire villages.
