Located in Brisbane City Centre just a short walk from the Roma Street Bus & Train station, Chill offers air-conditioned rooms, off street parking available at 328 Roma Street via the Parkable app. Fast free Wi-Fi and three great common areas to relax, with fabulous scenic views of the Brisbane City River.

Chill is situated near Brisbane's best spots: Southbank, Roma St Parklands, The Queen Street Mall, The Treasury Casino, Suncorp Stadium, XXXX Brewery, markets, cinemas, nightlife, supermarkets and more. Ask our friendly reception for any recommendations.
Never be bored! board games and PlayStation, sun-loungers, a pool table and a table tennis table. Our high-speed Wi-Fi is FREE and unlimited and is available all over the hostel.
Driving to us? We have parking available next to the building via the Parkable app, search for "328 Roma Street" We advise booking in advance. Anyone parking without paying will be towed by Parkable, the release fee is $285, and Chill Management is unable to contest or reduce this fine.
Our reception is available from 8am until 11pm.
Check-in is available after 3PM. We do not offer an early check-in and late check-in is subject to availability please enquire if you are arriving outside of reception opening hours.
Check-out is before 10AM. To check out you must bring down your bed sheets and return the keycard, late check-out fees apply.
Chill is located in a safe part of the city centre in a well-lit street nicknamed "Backpackers Paradise" and has state-of-the-art CCTV security and fire detection systems operating 24/7.
Please note that we are an 18+ venue and international passports are required for check-in. In the interests of security, all guests are required to produce government photo ID at check-in. Persons wishing to stay in our backpacking dormitory accommodation are required to have with them a full-sized traveller's backpack (65 ltrs or above).
Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest and does not need to give a reason. If you are refused entry, you will be refunded in full regardless of policy. Guests who are evicted for breaking house rules are not entitled to a refund and any funds paid will be forfeited.
