Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The staff were always willing to assist and extremely helpful throughout the entire stay. They even printed an important document for us free of charge so we didn’t have to go outside and deal with the hassle, which was a great gesture. Everyone was attentive and professional at all times. The lobby is spacious, welcoming, and already looks great, and we could clearly see the hotel is improving with maintenance and minor remodeling underway, which gives confidence that it’s moving in a very positive direction.
Negative: Some of the bedsheets and furniture looked old and had stains. This is something that could definitely be improved as part of the ongoing renovations, although it did not affect our overall positive experience.
Summary: Very helpful staff, improving facilities, and a comfortable stay overall — I would gladly return.
