Negative: Unfortunately, the attitude of some staff members was disappointing. They came across as quite rude, unfriendly, and at times unnecessarily hostile. Rather than being welcoming or helpful, their communication often felt rude, abrupt and dismissive. A more polite and professional manner would have been appreciated. The demeanor of those staff members unfortunately had a negative impact on our overall experience.
