Positive: We arrived late and the Hotel Tejar made every effort to make our arrival as simple as possible. The rooms are exceptionally well appointed and the breakfast was very good. The hotel is in a very pretty little village and we had typical Canarian suppers at Tasc Andrés (excellent stew and local wine) and the next day at Restaurante Hermano Pedro.

Summary: I would recommend Hotel Tejar as the best hotel on the way to the Teide mountain.
