Summary: First off, the king room we stayed in was clean, spacious, and had great amenities. That’s where the positives end. There were a lot of weird things about our stay that were off. For example, even though I paid in advance through Expedia, I ran a credit card at check in for incidentals, then later in the evening we couldn’t charge our bar tab to our room because they couldn’t access the fact that I ran a credit card at check in. Also the elevator key system didn’t consistently work, and at one point we could get the elevator to do TO THE MAIN LOBBY, let alone the floor where our room was located. My husband had to get his key card re-programmed 3 times in a less than 24 hour stay. Then, on the morning of our departure, the television suddenly didn’t turn on. Little things add up, and at this price point I’d expect consistency.
