Positive: This place is run by Tomas and Tina; they are enthusiastic to ensure guests get every attention possible. Room is basic but adequate. We chose to arrange to have dinner and breakfast- meals were certainly an interesting experience beside a roaring open fire... great for a winter visit. Our hosts so attentive and helpful- we went for a long walk to Tvala castle and as we got back to Vardia Tomas must have spotted us across the river.... and came to collect us. So hospitable.

Negative: The place is as advertised. Some reviews note that meals are perhaps a little overpriced (especially breakfast), but this is an option and does not detract from the great value of the accommodation and the fantastic hospitality.
