Positive: I was impressed by every little detail. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and everything was perfectly maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful, elegant, and truly classy. Although it reflects traditional Austrian heritage, it does so in a modern and sophisticated way. What impressed me the most was the warm hospitality and the genuine smiles of every staff member. Their kindness made us feel truly welcome. A special thank you to the hotel owner for her exceptional hospitality and professionalism. This was a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and refined experience.
