Positive: This hotel was a beautiful, peaceful hideaway that felt both exclusive and wonderfully welcoming. It’s the perfect balance between old-world charm and modern comfort, creating a relaxing atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The warm, friendly staff made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay, adding a personal touch that made the experience even more special. The beautiful swimming pool and stunning gardens were highlights of our stay. Lavender surrounded the hotel, filling the air with its calming fragrance, while rosemary, lime trees, and the nearby vineyards added to the wonderful scents and sense of tranquillity. Every walk through the grounds felt like a chance to slow down and soak up the peaceful surroundings. Breakfast in the gardens in the morning was so lovely. It was the perfect place to unwind, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended.
Negative: Due to a staff shortage, the restaurant was closed during our stay. It would have been nice to enjoy dinner at the hotel. We also felt that there was a discrepancy in booking.com in the description of the room we booked versus the room we received. However, our room was also lovely.
Summary: The perfect escape. Can’t wait to return.
