Positive: Clean and decent room, convenient parking, and useful shared facilities such as a kitchen, washing machine and table tennis. The best part was definitely the fantastic lake view, especially in the sunny morning. Comfortable bed, large room and bathroom. Overall, a simple but perfectly decent option for a one-night stay, with reasonable value for the price.
Negative: The shared kitchen closes at 10 p.m., and although there is a kettle in the room, no tea or coffee is provided. The air conditioner was very loud. There was shampoo but no shower gel, and no breakfast option at all. The downstairs café was still closed when I left around 10:15 a.m. on Saturday. Also worth checking parking access if you plan to arrive or leave after 10 p.m., as the administrator leaves at that time.
Summary: Decent for a short stay, with a beautiful lake view
