Positive: Alex on reception was amazing. After checkout We needed to get changed before our flight and he managed to sort a room for us. He Also sorted us a voucher for the chair lift which saved us a few pounds. Also the bar area shows sports so we were able to watch a premier league game we didn’t want to miss.
Negative: No air con
