Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Excellent location just a 5-minute walk to Porto Azzurro, beautiful sea views, a very comfortable bed, and friendly, professional dining staff. Special mention to the gentleman in the car park who greeted us warmly every day.
Negative: Reception staff were rushed and unhelpful on arrival. The hotel was very humid, especially in the common areas and dining room. Housekeeping started around 8:00 am with loud doors, making it difficult to sleep, and our room above the road was quite noisy. Basic amenities like hair conditioner were unavailable.
Summary: Great views and location, but inconsistent service and guest comfort let down what could have been an excellent stay.
