Summary: Positives: the building, views across harbour & staff were good. We very much looked forward to staying at the hotel for the above reasons, the 4* rating & the expectations set by the hotel website. Unfortunately the service received did not live up to the 4* rating or the website expectations. To say we were disappointed is a massive understatement.
