Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Apparently Cabo Airlines did not put our luggage on the plane from Praia, Santiago to Sao Filipe, Fogo, so we had no clothes and other personal items. Due to this we extended our stay for 3 nights instead of one in hopes we get the luggage in time for the ferry journey to Brava. The staff members at Savana were very accommodating and bumped us up in room type seeing we were staying longer than we planned. They also constantly made sure we had everything we needed for our comfort. We checked out and went to the ferry agency to purchase tickets, the line was very long so instead we bought them online, we walked back to the hotel to kill some time and they offered to print out our ferry tickets for us…Unfortunately we ended up leaving on the ferry to Brava without our luggage which got to the airport in Fogo 3 hours after we arrived in Brava… We will definitely stay at Hotel Savana again if we return to Fogo.
