Please note the boat slip is not available for guest use.This ground-level, one-story home does not require any stairs for access. However, the deck has a small set of stairs descending to the backyard.This property is on 1/2 an acre and the water access is at the end of the yard.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
